Healthy Key Lime Pie Parfait

Introduction:

Simple, quick and tasty! Our keto, grain & gluten free parfait will take you less than 5 minutes to make! And with zero added sugars it'll make the perfect dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sweet almond coconut Avinola
  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter of choice filling
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • lime zest to top

Directions:

Mix all the crust ingredients together. Mix the filling ingredients together in a separate bowl (except for lime zest). Press the crust into a small glass or bowl then add the filling on top and finish with lime zest. Eat as is or place in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour if you want to enjoy it chilled!
